Building Self Sufficient Individuals
The John Howard Society of Southeastern New Brunswick Inc. is a community-based, not-for-profit organization serving Moncton and Southeastern New Brunswick since 1955. We support individuals and families in building safer, healthier, and more stable lives by addressing barriers related to housing, justice involvement, unemployment, and social challenges. Our work is delivered through four main service areas: Justice Programs, Employment and Youth Programs, Housing and Shelter Support Services, and Outreach and Case Management. Through these programs, we provide education, employment support, housing assistance, harm reduction, and individualized services to people facing complex barriers. We believe in prevention, rehabilitation, and community support as key to creating safer communities. Our approach is creative, humane, and progressive, with a focus on helping individuals achieve stability, independence, and positive change.
